Replying To A DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice Cloud Engineer shall:
- Remove or disable access to content claimed as Infringement
- Notify the user who posted such content about his/her action taken against uploading it on our servers/website/systems/etc..
- When we get a valid counter-notification, we will send it to the person who gave us the original DMCA notification as soon as possible. If the person who made the complaint does not sue you within 10 business days, we will either give you back your stuff or stop blocking access to it.
